Tipping Your Driver and Others
Our drivers strive to provide guests with a memorable experience. When booking a tour, tips are not included. Cash tips at the conclusion of the tour and at the wineries for a job well done are always appreciated.

Pick Up and Drop Off
Guests will receive complimentary pick up from local bed and breakfasts, hotels and resorts. Day trip guests will be picked up at one of several parking lots based on the area of town you live in!
What to Wear
Guests should dress comfortably for the weather and wear shoes that allow them to walk the grounds of a winery.
Lunch (Sonoita Tour)
As a feature of the tour, guests will receive a delicious lunch at one of the area cafes. After confirming registration, guests will have the option to select from a list of sandwiches or salads for lunch.
If you need to cancel once you have confirmed your tour, we will happily give you a credit toward a future tour. Should Sonoran Tasting Tours need to cancel for circumstances beyond its control, a full refund will be issued to the Guest(s).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Where do you pick up passengers for wine adventures and events?
That depends on how many people we have on the bus that particular day and where they are located. We make every effort to pick you up as close to your residence as possible and even on occasion can pick you up from your residence. We will notify you the day before your tour and give you specifics.
Do I have to rent out the entire bus?
No you do not! That is what makes Sonoran Tasting Tours unique! We sell our seats PER PERSON! We are also the ONLY tasting tour company that is ALL INCLUSIVE! (Includes: R/T transportation, tasting glass w/our logo on it – yours to keep; tasting fees at 3 wineries (approximately 15-18 tastes), and LUNCH at a Sonoita Café.
What if I pay for a wine adventure and have to cancel? Do I lose my money?
Absolutely not!! Although our wine adventures are non-refundable, you will receive a credit that can be used at another time.
Can we drink alcohol on the limo bus?
Beer and wine is perfectly acceptable, we do discourage hard liquor on our limo bus.

Please remember we are a tour company and are often out of the office if we do not answer please leave a message we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Scheduled Tours operate Thursday through Sunday. Private Tours available as well.
Hours of Operation
Guests will be picked up between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. The tour will conclude around 4:00 P.M.
